RESERVATION FORMS
To make the check-in process smoother, we recommend printing and completing your on-board credit forms along with any others that may apply to you before getting to the terminal. You can find all the forms below.
Passenger check-in begins as early as 9:00 a.m. and boarding begins around noon. Please do not plan on arriving at the terminal prior to the specified times as the ship will not be ready to board guests.
On-board Credit Application
All passengers must fill out an on-board credit application in order to establish an on-board account. This document must be completed before embarkation.
Minor Consent Form
Please have the Minor Consent Form completed for all minors who are traveling without a legal guardian.
