NOTICE: THE GUEST’S ATTENTION IS SPECIFICALLY DIRECTED TO THE CAPITALIZED TERMS IN SECTIONS 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 5.0 AND 6.0. SECTION 2.0 CONTAINS IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS ON THE GUEST’S RIGHT TO ASSERT LEGAL CLAIMS AGAINST MARGARITAVILLE AT SEA, THE VESSEL, THEIR AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, AND OTHERS.  

 

This Guest Safety and Conduct Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets forth standards of conduct for guests to follow throughout their Margaritaville at Sea® cruise vacation, including inside and around port terminals, while onboard, at ports of call and during shore excursions. This Policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a fun-filled, safe and secure cruise vacation experience. Margaritaville at Sea® requires guest adherence to this Policy, which is also included and made a part of our Cruise Ticket Contract. Our Cruise Ticket Contract can be viewed on our website at the bottom of our landing page.

Margaritaville at Sea® requires all guests to be aware of this Policy, including the right to refuse bookings and boarding Margaritaville at Sea® vessels, and the rules and regulations referenced in the Cruise Ticket Contract
